Icon1 Seiko mini Turtle released

Seiko just released a mini Turtle (JDM), seems like a cool alternative to people like me with a smaller wrist.

nice one, my SRP775 is far too large on my skinny wrists - its like strapping on an alarm clock - will definitely consider this new model.

Yes, and then no. I do like the smaller size, with my skinny wrists, but I wonder if this is just enough of difference from the Turtle to make it not interesting. For example, one of the aesthetically pleasing design elements of the Turtle is the crown position, these guys don't have that.

I'm still favouring this one, the OG.

I've read somewhere that the skx007 is no longer in production.

Not sure. I got mine at Long Island Watch. Japan model. Check their website. I've only had it about 6 months.

It's amazing to me how the guys in the Boutique don't have any information on this, surely you were not the first person to ask.

In any event I don't believe NY or the US will see these as I believe they are JDM only. So you'll have to order via one of the importers.

As above, Seiya is well known and I'm sure many here have purchased from there.

Hmm, I thought the original press coverage said JDM only. I think Google is your most reliable source at this point.

I know this is a bit of an old thread, but I'm loving the look of these so far. I liked the turtle a lot, but felt they were a little too large. This is the perfect size IMO
