Rolex customer service email?

does anybody have the email for rolex customer service? i would like to register a complaint against an AD who was being a total a****le.

Rolex doesn't deal with e-mail as a general rule. If you have an issue write them a letter with details.

write the letter and post it here (watch out forum). Im sure you will get more feedback both good and bad from people here than what Rolex is going to give you.

I highly doubt Rolex would actually address an issue with an AD unless they are failing to sell watches as that is what they care about. If the CS of an AD is bad enough they won't sell watches and then they will lose AD status, other than that, good luck.

Agreed. The AD isn’t owned by Rolex. The mothership won’t care much unless they are violating dealership rules.
