But the Sub doesn't have the gilt dial and red triangle. I'm in the same boat, I have both and it seems like overkill. I find myself leaning toward the blue, but then I wear the black and, I just can't get rid of either. Now I have an Explorer vs Submariner, so that's different. If I had a Sub as well i might be more inclined to sell one, but it'd still be hard!

Hopefully it's just FOMO and the sheer luck of finding one on stainless steel in my market that's causing me some regret (there's still waiting lists here). Hopefully not too long of wait now!
I got the black on a steel bracelet when they released it as I didn’t really like either of the other straps. But it wasn’t on the steel bracelet long and now have it on the black Vanguard strap and love it. I do like the other colours, especially the 925. But I would say you know what you like and wait for the one that you want and don’t just take what’s on offer.

Put a Forstner J bracelet on my black bay. Made a slight alteration the bracelet so my Tudor clasp would fit. Jubilee bracelet’s are not everyone’s cup of tea but give’s the watch a different look.
Link below in post 907 of the YouTube short I made.

Picked one of the left with a bracelet a few months ago. Love the size and how it fits, it's the most comfortable Rolex family watch I have.
