Late 1950s + Early 1960s Rolex Chronometer certificate

Hi there,

I recently picked a job lot of watches and hidden in with some documents was a Late 1950s + Early 1960s Rolex Chronometer certificate. The certificate is filled in and dates to a watch made in 1960.

I don't have the watch unfortunately but I'm basically wondering if there is any value to it or if I should just throw it away.

Seems a shame to but if it's tied to that one case and movement I'm not sure if it would be good to anyone.

Thanks in advance

It has significant value to the person who owns the watch. The problem is finding them. :-)

There is a thread on VRF for orphaned paperwork, listed by the initial digits of the serial number.
