SD43 how to speed up at night Advice

Hello everyone. My SD43 has been running slow almost -4.5spd. I am trying to figure out how to gain some seconds at night by positioning the watch in one the 6 positions we all know.

Does any owner of SD43 or any other watch with the new movement 3235 succeeded in adding seconds during the night and in which position? And how long I should try that position for to see if it worked.

Thank you

Modern movements are less prone to change with position but usually Dial Down or Dial Up will speed up a little bit.

Dial up. This is where frictions are at the minimum.
Also, just in case you haven’t done it, give the watch a full wind of at 60 full crown turns.
