8 Days, Winding & Accuracy, Advice?

Hello,

I have a PAM 564 (8 Days movement). I'd like advice on winding. I find (and I've read here) that fully-wound the watch is less accurate (mine gains a minutes over a couple of days). So I assume I should wind less, more often. Thoughts and advice on winding?

I wind my YM about 40 turns daily, which seems about right.

Thanks!

I think 8 days PR is meant to be used, go all the way....

I’ve seen mine moves a little fast the first two days then goes OK within COSC
So what I do when I set the time I set one minute less and that makes it for me.

I wouldn´t wind an 8 days PR everyday.
Wind it once a week and you should be fine.

I’d wind it every 4-5 days but not to 100%.
