1570 Winding Stem Broken - Cannot Remove

HELP!! I am attempting my first Rolex rebuild. 1570 movement, when twisting the crown to pull stem out, it unscrewed completely. I cannot seem to be able to get the partial stem out. I've tried the small black screw next to date gear and it simply loosens but then stops coming out. I've also tried to find a "push" button to release the stem but can't find it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry, but if these basic watchmaking tasks cause you trouble then you are far from skilled enough to even think about servicing a mechanical movement yourself.

He's right though. If you are insistent on undertaking a rebuild of any mechanical movement, a Rolex 1570 is about the worst place you could start.

Pictures on the front and back of the movement? If the crown has 'gotten away' from the stem, the latter should be long enough to be pulled out. Have you loosened up the setting lever screw?
