The only way to post there is to offer something watch related for sale

jjewell there is no forum related reason why you should not be able to post an item in the for sales forum.
Maybe you are getting your cached page showing you that you do not have permission. I suggest that you clear your computer's cache and temporary files and pages. As far as the forum software is concerned there is nothing stopping you from making a 'for sales' thread.
