Waiting list for a Hulk
Collected my Hulk today, see other threads. Whilst there the dealer told me that the waiting list for a Hulk now is five years. This is not a small AD it’s one of the Watches of Switzerland Group.

The AD I deal with won't take names on the Hulk.
One... His list is already 4 years long (if there is a list). Two... Well, he believes there won't be watches to supply after 2020! |

I don’t believe lists even exist! I’m sure some type of a “list” is in place but it’s all a joke to me. Buy what you want when you want.

Ain’t no list. Salespeople will allocate to their best clients. If you just show up off the street crying about why you can’t get that watch and you won’t leave until they write your name down, you ain’t getting the watch ever!!
Now if you build a purchasing relationship with a salesperson and you let them know you are interested in that piece, they will remember you when they are allocated that watch. |

Excellent. Another thread with psychics. Two types of psychics on this thread. There are a few “there ain’t no lists”, psychics. And there are a few “the hulk is being discontinued” psychics. I wish you guys would do something more productive with your extraordinary talents like spend your days at the track.
Of course there are lists. It depends on the AD. Some ADs are just like one commentor said they will allocate hard to get pieces to people they have strong relationships with and a history of purchases. Other ADs when they get a hard to get piece have a drawing system for the sales people to call their clients who are in fact on a list. I know a couple of ADs that do this for a fact. There are hundreds of ADs that have their own system for selling hard to get pieces. To group them all into one category is nonsensical. As far as the hulk being discontinued I guess nobody knows but I still stand by my feeling that it would be crazy because of the high demand. There seems to be an extreme hatred for grey dealers here already and I suspect if they do discontinue the hulk that hate will grow by a factor of 10 because prices will skyrocket. How much would a hulk go for if they are discontinued? 20 K? 25K?

With prices still around £15K they can and will claim any wait will be in the years... unless you bundle with gold, do handstands on demand for a year, or allow the AD Prima Nocta with members of your family...

Hi, my watches of Switzerland AD was extremely helpful and courteous and helped me acquire a 2018 Batman in that year.
I’m in the market to get a Hulk, what are my chances do you think? I’m located in Glasgow. |

Took me maybe 5 months to get one, would've been less if not for covid.
