Can't evaluate due to the low quality of the pics. The cert looks like an open book, but I couldn't see anything on the serial number punchouts ???

i emailed him asking for the serial; he responded (really) that it was in a safety deposit box but he didnt have access. when i went to respond (i was going to ask him how he would get it without access when it was sold), it was already taken down.....
