Rolex Caliber 532? - Fake/Real?

I came across this Frankenstein Rolex, case, face and crown refinished. The seller insists the movement is 100% Original, he even told me to check with my Rolex Representative if I bought the watch.
It is identical to a Cortebert 532 movement, just with the Rolex added to it.
Thoughts?

I keep reading different opinions.
I am attaching 2 pics, 1 of a Cortebert and the other one of the Rolex I found.
