Nobody sings a lyric like Sinatra does, simply the very best there ever was and will be. I like some of the rockers and country singers, but when comes to pure perfection, Sinatra was the man. It certainly helped that he had the very best musicians, arrangers and song writers to work with. Night and Day, 1962 version, (Cole Porter) exemplified the man at his very best. Talk about voice control. |
