Good Deal? Considering purchasing

I came across this item on Ebay was wondering if it is a bargain. Seller has 100% feedback and says 100% refund if watch is anything other than described or it is not authentic.

Well in real terms no because dial and bezel is aftermarket,Airkings dont come with diamonds directly from Rolex.Perhaps its a genuine watch but the dial and bezel are not and Rolex would I expect, refuse to service it if needed.
