Watch appears to be a fake - if so, no reason dial not also fake.

The secondhand jumps every second so it must be a fake, Rolex should running smooth.

I have the super rare Norwegian Buckley dial.

My b - never seen one . . . but that's why I qualified. Please ignore.

(It looks like cross between ap and a Rolex - reminded me of another thread with a sub - Cartier)

No problem, the OQ is sought after by collectors, retro looking case, extremely high grade quartz movement, I'd love to see them bring it back. Lots of members here have one. Several websites dedicated to just this model.

They were discontinued around 2001 -ish.

I've seen some examples from the late 90's that look like they were made yesterday. The bracelets hold up very well and the later dials don't seem to age much. You can see a tiny bit of patina on the tritium dots in this watch.

Some folks really love the Buckley dial, which I respect. I like more exotic, but it does look good on that OQ.

Not really. However: a 16030 is not an oyster quartz
