Congrats to my wife. The love of my life!
She just became the Chief Privacy Officer of a Fortune 500 company.
Though it is a blessing and a curse. I now have zero say on how we spend "our" money. She's worked so hard all her life. From early on her dad was a deadbeat so she grew up in the slums and was the kid that wore the same cloths every day so of course she was bullied. Also, she wasn't the best of students not for lack of trying. Her high school guidance counselor told her to not bother going to college. She went on to work full time for an insurance company while attending college full time nights majoring in finance. Then she got two masters degrees in finance and leadership. Her hard work is paying off. I am so proud of her. |
