Longevity of forum posts….
Here is the Doxa, I need to take some updated pics. This was taken in 2016 just after I got it back in my hands. You can see the 14060m Sub in the background. Found a pic of the 116520 too. I had that one serviced just over two years ago at a rolex certified service center thats “local” to me so I could drop it off instead of mailing, I kept it unpolished to keep the years of him wearing it.
For the heck of it, here is the current collection. I want to add the new white dial speedy and either the 116610 and or 126610LV. As you can see..I have a theme. 116520, 216570, 16570, 126710 BLRO, 116710 BLNR, 16710 (all dials), 16610LV, 16600, 14060M, 116600, 116660JC. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Congrats on getting it back! Really awesome stuff. Looks great! I’m sure you’ll wear it well in his memory. Beautiful watches and great collection.

Lovely story, brought a tear to my eye!
I lost my dad a few years ago. I got the watch he wore daily, it's one of my most precious possessions. |

This is a great story! I'm so glad you were able to go through those memories and get the watch back! Very nice collection you've got there!
