Absolutely, everyone who sees you wearing your TT CHNR will think your poor and penniless and will feel very sorry for you, if you hold out a cup they will probably give you their loose change.

I am rather ashamed of mine, I only put it on after dark and I always wear long sleeves and a disguise.

Why oh why didn't I buy the (proper) full pm version, I am such a failure.

The TT Chnr is much better looking than the Full Gold Chnr. I would never consider the full gold. I have this opinion that FG is only for DD,DJ,Classic Rolex, and Daytona. Doesn't look nice on GMT and Subs.

My favorite thing about the rootbeer is probably the color of the hour markers. The white is not as bright as on the GMTs & Subs... and it matches the color scheme perfectly.

Just joined the Club! This is my first two tone watch ever. I did not liked two tone watches before, but the combination of the rose gold with steel, together with the beautiful CHNR bezel hooked me the instant i first saw the watch IRL. I am enjoying it a lot!

I have the pepsi and the Batman jubilee, when my AD taught me Root Beer was love at first sight, I fell in love totally with the clock, of the 3 GMT that I have the RB is my favorite, in photographs it is very beautiful, but live it is better. I would never have imagined buying a TT, but this Root Beer deserves to have it in my collection

Thank you all for wonderful photos! I am really starting to dig this reference! Crazy to see these are still bellow the price of 126710BLRO .. Any idea on the waiting list times these days? I have read that some members are notifying others here when one hits the AD floor, but generally, how long a fresh new buyer could expect to wait for this reference?

I’ve never seen one in a case...I was quoted 2-3 years back in May and had it by the end of July, but it definitely seems to have picked up a following since then.

I do think geographic locale plays a big part. It’ll be easier in smaller markets.

Agree that in smaller markets it subjectively appears more prevalent. My small local AD has already received 5 over the last 2 years. I passed on it a couple of times but it’s a great reference!

About 7 months since I got mine from and AD and it' still hard to ever take off. I have the Oyster BLNR and Hulk LV but all I want to do is wear the CHNR non stop.

That is awesome to know. I was obsessed with this when it came out even more so than the BLRO. It was off the radar for a bit, but I finally told the AD I wanted it. Still swooning over it, but happy to hear that even after months you are still going to it!

Oh yeah it was IMO the sleeper hit of Basel that year. It keeps going up in value too if you check DavidSW.
