Any love for Hublot?

While I can honestly say I’ve never been turned on by any of the Hublot watches I went in one of the AD’s while traveling and think the classic fusion was really sharp. I figure they don’t make sense at MSRP (7.2k) but if you can get at 25-30% off or find Pre-Owned could make sense.

Thoughts?

Hublot tanks on resale so ask for a discount and only buy if you really like it.

Naahhh... Forget the Hublot Haters, just take it from me. If you cannot afford an AP Royal Oak Offshore, then the Hublot Fusion Classic " Mini Bang " titanium grey ( not King Gold ) is a great alternative The average street value of a pre-owned in excellent condition around the world is posted

I’m not a fan, but if you buy a hublot, get a used Big Bang 44mm.

Yeah it’s definitely not in the same zip code as the ROO. For context I have a Patek 5167a, AP Royal Oak 15300 and Rolex BLNR. I just tried it on and was surprised at how nice it felt on the wrist if you can get at the right price 4-5k

I love Hublot, to look at. I find them very over priced in my mind so that is what has always kept me away from purchasing one.

Buy what you love, but preowned is a better value. Most are too big for my wrist but I found an older model that suits me just fine

No love or hate, kind of like their skeleton models, they look nice, but I either hate their other models or they leave me totally indifferent. Buy if you love them but clearly used as you will take a huge bath on resale, be prepared to lose 40-60%on MSRP...

Yeah I didn’t like 95% of the watches just the one I posted then the skeleton 42mm moonphase was pretty cool. Appreciate the input.

I really don't like the look of them. I would only get one for an investment

I was always intrigued by Hublot. The racing grey titanium is a sharp looking model. I just wish there was lume on the dial on the Classic Fusion models.

Don’t like hublot. Before I got more into watches I used to like the brand but now that I know more. Unless I can get an amazing deal on one I would pass.

I'm also not a fan but wondering if the lukewarm respect for Hublot has anything to do with the fact Hublot is often associated with boxers and rappers.

That doesn’t seem to impact AP negatively around here as they are as well.

No, it's more the piggybacking off of AP esp with the Big Bangs at inflated prices. These simple versions are thus better and if you can get a good discount not a bad punt.

Those cufflinks are very Pacman-esque.
