Pulled the trigger on a Panerai (PAM111)

Picked up a Pam111 at an AD in Palm Beach Gardens today. Very happy with the purchase and they even threw in the black alligator strap for free!

All in all a great day...

Very impressive looking, especially on that black strap. How heavy is that watch on the wrist? Congrats.

Just heavy enough so you don't forget about it and smack it on something! LOL. Seriously though, it feels good and wears lighter than my TAG Carerra.

Nice. The black gator looks awesome. My 164 has not left my wrist in the 2 weeks I have owned it.

Nice one RxDoc, the view through the display window on the back of the watch is pretty good too.

As for straps, the selection is huge and there are some beauties out there. Makes the watch more fun IMO. Change the strap and get a new watch.

Congrats to you on the Daytona! I'm hoping that's next for me. I have a co worker with one, and he has a great relationship with his AD. He put a call in for me 3 months back, and lined one up with a 1 year wait.

With the crystal case back it's really cool to watch what happens when winding it. I love watching those wheels turn!

Very nice indeed. I was seriously considering a 111h but went with the titanium after trying one on at a Panerai store. I wanted the lighter version.
