I believe you mate, thousands wouldn't

It is, of course, very subjective. Believe me, I love my LVc and it's my go to watch when the zombie apocalypse strikes but there's something about the dial of the 689 that is so special. I'm wearing it today and it's a rotten day here; hissing down and as miserable as a February day in Blackpool, but that dial is still glorious.

Dude next to me on the bus last night couldn't stop staring at it; if I was anywhere else in the world other than Singapore I'd have been concerned .

I do like Panerai's and think that the watches lend themselves to being photographed. Do I think they photograph the best, no. But they are near the top. Rolex, PP and VC also are right up there.

Why fight it? Time to dive back in! Prices are good, and there's a tremendous array of great options.

I have a few brands and watches that I love, but with all the personalization that straps give, plus the design and relative rarity, I have my strongest attachment to my Panerai. I couldn't imagine my watch collection without one.

;-)

Not loving my 16610 but it's a great everyday. I would need to use this as a direct trade, so around £5k. I love the idea of plexiglass and the look of 372. Tried Radiomir 424 but it seemed too large and 'flat'. So........

It looks like a studio shot with flash burst. Any picture under the sun?

I agree - love the 'simplicity' of most Pams model and its almost hard to take a bad picture! Loved every Pam I've owned...
