That's a late 64 (t swiss t) style underline early 64 underline were swiss only. I'm out and about today so can't look carefully and be good if Ross or Harry or other 7928 experts could chime in... Here's a perfectly legit one same era from HQ Milton below to compare against btw - curious how much is being asked are they well respected in the vintage Tudor arena ?

Dial looks legitimate. and is period correct. It's not perfect as there is a bit of laquer breakdown from 12-3 on edge and a bit of hour hand rubbing the dial as a semi circle near O in Oyster, but tbh most dials will have some imperfections and once mounted under a plexi it will look ok. All about price, if this is £1000 give or take or so then it might be good option - if it's thick end of £2k + or £3k even though I'd perhaps keep looking.
