Kudos to PASC Texas

My new 1305 had a tiny fiber stuck to one of the indices - happens to the best of them. Instead of having a local shop pop it open, and potentially void my warranty, I sent it off to PASC in Ft Worth with Panerai’s encouragement. I received the watch exactly 14 days after I shipped it. No drama, just an excellent service experience. Thanks to the folks at PASC and Angela, a most excellent concierge.
