I appreciate that! Tell your friend not to give up, I've been searching for one of these for years and finally got one... it's worth the wait and extensive hunt.

Absolutely. This is the sarb037. It was a JDM model that ended up being a very limited production. So limited that many consider it truly a rare find. This era of sarbs aren’t made anymore. The black and cream white versions are now starting to go for higher premiums. If you do some searching, you’ll see they have a cult following. This salmon dial is just incredible in person. I don’t know exactly how many were actually made but it’s very low as this took me YEARS to find and I searched high and low and everywhere in between lol. Plus the overall design of these sarbs were just amazing for the money. I say “were” bc they are no longer that cheap lol. Anyhow, welcome to the sarb037 rabbit hole. Teddy B made a video on it a while back if you’re interested.
