Thank you, very helpful. We have had 3 or 4 readjustments in Brazil in the last 12 months, a shame, it makes hunting more difficult.

At least we CAN get some and dealers are not as snooty as in Europe

Just paid USD 18,200 from an AD in Saudi Arabia for a SS Daytona Ceramic white 116500LN.

Thats GBP14,000 and a whacking GBP 4000 over UK list price. I was happy to pay as it is an AD, I refuse to inflate by using the grey dealers. Just was surprised at the variation across the globe. Has anyone else experienced such huge differences in prices from ADs?

On the upside I waited only 1 year!

In the UK it is 4-5 years minimum waiting lists, with a lot of dealers refusing to add further names to the list.

Yes, I experienced the massive difference. It's better to wait than to pay extra.

I recently paid USD 15,400 (GBP 12,500) from an AD in Saudi for the new batman 126710BLNR. So over GBP 5000 over the UK list price..similarly though I did not have to wait long to get it!

Vince, the AD in KSA has charged you over the list price, this is common in Saudi especially for the difficult to get models.

I've just picked up my DSSD 126660 from my AD here in Abu Dhabi. Just shy of 1,000 GBP over UK list price. Although was only on the waiting list for a month.
Quoted 3,000 GBP over UK list for a YM II steel - going to have to think on that.
Although, as you mention better to pay it to an AD than a grey dealer or a reseller...still makes it a bitter pill to swallow sometimes.

I have a good relationship with my AD here in Abu Dhabi. Was basically told there's no chance of getting a GMT out here. They don't even reach the stores.
Huge new Rolex store opened, got a nice selection of stock (managed to get my 126660 as a result)...but not a GMT in sight.

Just a bit higher than the German prices, what they do there is they base all the prices to Euros and at the time of purchase they give you an exchange rate to calculate the final price in Turkish Liras

No Date Sub is now 9800 Eur (Croatia, EU & 25% VAT), increase from 9400 EUR which was the case in November if I am not mistaken.

A grey seller in the UK sold me a SubC Date exactly one year ago (Oct 2017) for MSRP. I just checked prices with the same shop now and my jaw just dropped... +16% price increase. I almost cancelled with them because they promised 2 month wait and were taking 4, but I'm glad I didn't.

Prices for SS are insane, so hard to get them from ADs that the parallel market keeps increasing. Supply and demand.
