I couldn't find this model in google, Whatever I find are having Oyster Date with precision or Oyster Perpetual date Airking with precision

Was there a rolex model which said

"Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date" and "Precision" together

Can you post a photo of the numbers between both lugs at 6 and 12 o'clock?

A 6466 is a manual wind Oyster Date. The one shown above is an Oyster Perpetual Date which is automatic and always a chronometer movement (at least every one that I've ever seen).

No.
A chronometer is purely a watch that is certified for accuracy by COSC

See here:

A

PS: My feeling from the blown up photo is the dial is reworked, surely relumed

No, not all chronometers are automatic, but all Rolex "perpetual" models are. The perpetual is because it is an automatic movement.

My bad, the 6466 said "Oyster" under the crown and "Date" under "Oyster"

Indeed ALL Rolex's are chronometers even their quartz and Cellini range.
Rolex only manufacture COSC movements

In my opinion movement is genuine, as is case.
But dial could be reworked and probably incorrectly marked.

Thev movement was originally COSC approved.

Personally, I would not buy it, without knowing the model number between the lugs at 6 o'clock

6694 is a manual wind watch, not automatic. Dial is way off in that aspect. If you can get it for under $1000 then you could put a correct dial in it and still be ahead. Anything more than that and it wouldnt be worth it
