Replace worn pins and tubes/sleeves/bushings in links

Can somebody please advise where I can find the dimensions of the knurled pins and tubes/sleeves/bushings for Rolex bracelets? I wish to order them before pulling any links apart.

Currently, I am only planning on restoring a Submariner 16613's 93253 bracelet (which also requires tubes over the knurled pins, to prevent premature wear on the gold center links), as well as a few Date-Just bracelets for 16013 and 16010.

However, in future, I would also like to be able to restore ladies' bracelets.

Beyond that, it would also be great to be able to replace any pins in the clasp, should somebody know where and which ones to order. Thanks

Good luck finding the pins. I have looked for months with luck.

Try Perrin, a Canadian company, they sell pins screws and other findings for bracelets. I have just searched for bracelet pins on their website, and a fair assortment came up, including fixing tools. Worth a look if nothing else. Good luck, keep us informed.

This may be of no use to you with the pins, bushings, etc. you seek, but just in case it helps, here’s a table of the bracelets and screwdriver blade sizes.

. . .
Usually you do pull something apart and measure what you need so that there are no mistakes, so this approach seems somewhat backwards.

Write off a letter to one of the bracelet rebuild companies and ask if they will sell you some parts or give you the measurements - they are in business for this, and may even make up a "kit" for you.

For what its worth, one of my 1680 18K Submariner Bracelets I had Mike work on from RolliWorks. It had tube and pin. Check with him. I am sure he can help. Good luck looking yourself. May be able to fabricate.

I rebuilt the oyster band for 16710. I have the tool to dismantle the band, which went easily. I used my laser welder to repair all of the wear to each link. I found a company in Europe that sold the knurled pins in the correct diameter and length. I received the pins, and the knurled ends were a smaller diameter than the center of it. They were worthless, and the company said many people had used them. They definitely would not work for my band, and I have yet to find anyone that has the correct ones. Rolliworks did supply and install them, but they aren't likely to give their suppliers name
