CHNR Date Window Didn't change

Hi All,

I have acquired a CHNR few weeks ago from an AD. I just noticed today (as 12:10am 7/4/2020) that the date window changed from 7/2 to 7/3. A whole day late, which means the date window didn't change last night. It had been changed correctly with no issue at all before today. Is this normal? Or should I send it back to the AD to let them check. Thanks!

Did you forward the date one day after June 30?

Your watch will cycle through the dates 1-31. In months with less than 31 days, you need to manually forward the date.

Every Rolex movement, except the sky dweller 9001, requires you to manually change for months less than 31. The sky dwellers movement has an annual calendar complication and will correctly change with days that have only 30 days in them, but you still need to change manually for February

SpicyMikey beat me to it.

Don't feel too bad, Eddie. Some of us have done that -- but many won't openly admit it.

Have I? Honestly don't remember, but on at least one occasion I did have a date-watch set 12 hours off.

I did set the watch 12 hours off after few days I got it. Another rookie mistake. Haha!
