Tudor in house MT5602 power reserve test
I received my new Tudor black bay 79230 this past Saturday. I was a little concerned that it was not running upon unboxing. Hard to believe USPS was so gentle as not to wind the watch. My fears were unfounded as after a couple shakes it started. I wound it 25 twists and wore it Saturday night and Sunday morning. At that point I decided to give the in house movement a power reserve test. At noon I gave it another 25 twists and placed it in the safe. Without a date function it was necessary to check it every 12 hours to be sure which 12 hour period it stopped. Hopefully someone here is more interested than my wife was in the result of this test, a very impressive 75 hours and 3 minutes. Well over the claimed 70 hour reserve. Yes the watch is a bit thick but this power reserve along with the accuracy others here have reported are very impressive. That Is the extent of this one finger typed review.

Thanks for the power reserve review. I am looking into getting a black bay 58 for myself this year. Appreciate the real world feedback.

Date and time in Sudbury
I see you are in Boston. When you are ready to buy check out Date and time in Sudbury. They just ordered a Tudor NATO for me and had it in my hand in a week. The place is unbelievable. They buzz you in. There is a grand piano and a coffee bar. More Rolex than I have seen around here lately and all of the Tudor line. I was offered a GMT at 3995.00 which I believe is true list? If anyone cares the NATO was $180 including the clasp, all hardware and spring bars.
