I bought the Rolesor version last October from my AD but sold it a few months later. It's by far the most beautiful watch in the Rolex collection, IMHO, but the 40mm size felt small to me after wearing a SD43 for a few years. I recently satisfied my need for gold by purchasing the SD 126603.

 the CHNR. If I could, the TT would be my next Rolex.But I don’t think of the CHNR as a “root beer”. The gold, bezel insert and dial color would have to be different. To me, the CHNR is inspired by the past, but very much a modern watch. Not at all neo-vintage. That’s also why I think the oyster works better for it instead of a RG jubilee. |

Tried the 126711CHNR on today via a friend to see if I liked it. What a beauty! It really is a gorgeous and well thought out watch by Rolex. Now I cannot stop thinking about it. Hoping to join this club soon. Just need to find an AD with one in stock. Fingers crossed.
