Icon4 Taxi driver took my second hand ladies DateJust (69173) Rolex watch

Dear brothers/sisters

Good day to all of you. I am a mental patient from Singapore who suffers from Bipolar disorder.

In March 2014 at around 8:30pm, I took a taxi from Hougang St 91 to Chinatown near Hotel 81. When I reached my destination at round 9pm, I discovered my wallet was missing. I had no money to pay for the fare. The Chinese male middle-aged taxi driver then took my second hand ladies Rolex watch. The watch was meant for my mother.

I allowed the above to happen as I was unwell that time. I was suffering from a relapse of my mental illness. I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder when I was 18 years old by the IMH. I am a secondary school dropout who works in odd jobs. I had worked hard over many years to save up for this second hand ladies Rolex watch to give to my mother. She has suffered a lot due to my mental illness

Please help me recover the watch. If anyone has any information about this matter, kindly email me please.

Thank you very much and wish you all best of health.

Yours sincerely

I hope you get the watch back. Good luck!!! Seems like it's a bit late however.

Honestly, I doubt you will get the exact watch back. I am sorry to hear you are suffering from bipolar disorder... One piece of advice, coming from someone that has dealt with a best friend dealing with the same issue, is do not try to self medicate. Trust your representatives.

Get well and try to obtain a similar reference to the one you got for your mother.

I think we’re beyond that but either way it was voluntarily given up. It shouldn’t be reported stolen. Usually calling the cab company and telling them the date/time/location they may be able to get you in touch with the driver. That’s the best bet

You willingly gave up a watch as payment, 4 years ago...and now want to report it stolen?

That's not a complete serial number and it definitely wouldn't be right for a 69173 model unless your missing the first digit in the serial...
