Zeitwerk Luminous AKA Phantom

I was lucky enough to go on a factory visit last year.
Robert Hoffman, Head of Zeitwerk was our guide. His passion and love for the brand really brought the tour to life and of course we spent a good deal of time in the Zeitwerk department - an amazing piece. That started the hunt which ended yesterday with the arrival of this beauty. Lots more photos to come.

Met Hoffman previously. Despite being head of Zeitwerk, he was wearing a Datograph.

Congrats on an awesome incoming.
Now you just need a luminous Lange 1 to complete the trio.

Absolutely spectacular watch and one of my favorites. Congratulations on the acquisition. How long does the loom last?

My goodness. Congrats, and enjoy in good health!

I never see these come up. Sad that I missed out on the opportunity to get one new forever ago.

Amazing, the Zeitwerk is extra ordinary, this tops it

Series of 3 photos showing the speed of change, these are not slow motion but are taken using burst mode of 10 shots (I believe 10 images in 0.5 second) so these 3 shots cover 0.1 seconds. You can see the second hand has barely moved.

If I owned this watch there would be a dramatic reduction in my productivity because I’d be constantly staring at the minutes changing. “...wait for it...wait for it...cool...”
