Daytona with Roman Numerals

This is interesting, a Daytona with Mother of Pearl dial with Roman Numerals, never saw that before

I am not sure about the crown guards. In the last picture the crown guards look correct.
The thing I'm concerned about is the caseback printing - 2119, what's that referred to?

The movement looks correct. 4130 = Self winding Chronograph, hack stop, shock protected with "4130" on the upper bridge.

The hallmarks on the caseback look correct as well. I'm leaning towards real.
