I was concerned even though I've seen the piece live a couple of times, but it just feels right. Hard to explain. Light, comfy, has the makings of a great all rounder. But you have one, so you understand.

Now if I can just figure out how tight to leave the strap ;)

Super comfy and I wear it a little loose in winter since only the watch case and deployant buckle will make contact with wrist. Now I am having trouble swapping this for 5712/1a. Love it!

I see you were trying to move yours, although I'm still in the honeymoon phase with the 5164 I wouldn't do it. Although the 5712 is very nice its not as versatile to my eye (a 5990 is a different story). Your call of course.

Yeah not selling my 5164 anymore since I was able to sell something else instead to pay for the new roof :-) Congrats again on a great piece!

Congrats on a great choice! I love mine and have had it for over two years. Still the most comfy watch in the collection.
