I have to say. My day has been made. I badly wanted another chrono to go with my Speedy Pro.
Rolex is asleep at the wheel with their dainty daytona ceramic(38.5mm to be exact) AP 42mm chrono w ceramic bezel? count me in. Sold. Next? 2019? Ceramic bezel Diver. MMMM |

Sincerely the most I like is new AP 15202.
I have trauma in the past with 3126/3840 movement because of chrono module and I don’t want again! From new AP ROO I like new ceramic black/red and new AP ROO 42 rose gold with dark grey dial! If what I know it’s correct next year come with new AP in house movement for AP ROO and then I want to buy again a ROO! Also like new PM Diver! Who are your favorite my friend? |

The cat's out of the bag!
Admittedly I've already asked to be on the list for the 15202IP |

An all platinum ROC. The pricing on that has to be astronomical.

Finally 42mm with ceramic bezel. About time.
Shame the RG diver has titanium bezel. Should have gone ceramic there also. |

I think my wallet is safe but there are some really cool high dollar items. Nothing in my price range that I need to get.

The ceramic models from AP are always great, the finish is insane, and this year they made ceramic high end models with tourbillon chrono, flying tourb concept case and grand complication...
The 42mm choices are great... they made ceramic bezel on "safest" gray and black models... the blue is sweet summer watch, the color on titanium 42 is the same to last years platinum titanium RO chrono and it's a loved model... the color combination on all gold 42 is the best so far... Ok, they overload colorfull Divers, but they made some horo marvels like the Perpetual RD2... the openwork double balance in 37 is also a great thing but I think 39 will be a better size... A great year for AP.... |

They did a great job with the release this year. The tourbillon chrono looks fantastic as well as the 15202p, the ROO chrono platinum and the RG diver!

Wow! The high end ceramic pieces are amazing and I’m loving the 42mm with ceramic bezel but my favorite regular priced piece is the ROO 42mm Ti in bracelet an two rubber straps.

New version of Jumbo is interesting, combination of materials - titanium and platinum - goes well, but this polished bezel is ruining almost everything...

I love the ceramic tourbillon. Too bad it’s outside my budget, so my wallet should be safe this year.

I like a lot the rose gold diver, as long as not absurd price being limited number like how the QE11cup went otherwise I’ll settle for the 44mm Rg to go with my 42mm

Not impressed.
Only two pieces that I like, the RD2 Ultra Thin Perpetual calendar and the Ti/Pt limited edition Jumbo. Everything else are just cosmetic changes. Those colored divers are becoming more and more ghastly. AP copying what Omega did to their Speedmaster series and come up 1,0001 variation of the same watch. And what? Still no inhouse chrono movement? Boo....

I've been told that the 15202IP is going to be north of 40K USD... Gotta rethink that now, actually. |
