I think I saw that his last activity was fairly recent. Or maybe that was one of the other ones... It's too late at night and I am too lazy to go look.

Yes, I'd be interested in a S/S Day-Date if such a model was to be introduced someday.

I may be wrong, but doesn't/didn't Tudor have a D-D model in SS ?

Absolutely yes, I've said quite a few times the DD should be produced in stainless steel for those who want it. Although it might have an impact on Datejust sales.

If I were to get a DD, it would be in YG.

I was offered a Day -Date in Stainless in the early 80's by a jeweler and told him No Way' Rolex never made a Day-Date in S/S. Makes me wonder now.

No for me. The precious metals make the DD more unique. With an SS body it would lose it allure.

If it was genuine, it is apparently worth quite a bit.

Read that whole thread. It's about an interesting reference # (18118) that most of us probably would have also dismissed as not genuine because it was rare and is not listed in most reference material.

Probably, because if you take the precious metals out of the price, the DD should be priced at about the SS DJ level.
