Yep, smooth black with rhodium sub dials. The 3511.50 was the first Speedy Date ever made

The Speedmaster Date is a great everyday watch IMHO. Been wearing my 3210.50.00 almost everyday for nearly 3 years now.

Very nice piece... Congrats!

I still love wearing my 3513.50 (black, since 2006)... now considering swapping out the chrome bezel to black for a slightly updated look.

Actually, I like the automatic speedys better than the manual wind ones. I like the smaller size and looks of the auto speedys.
