First one on its way!
Well I've done it! Bought my first real watch, a polar 16570 from DavidSW. My Seiko SARB will likely be collecting a lot of dust soon.
I've only recently joined here and done lots of searching through forums to gather intel before buying the seller, and then buying the watch. I look forward to its arrival. I'll post a pic or 3 once I get it. -Jason |

Arrived less ham 24 hours after ordering, very well packaged and beautiful. I'll post pictures later when I'm at a computer.
Is it odd to not be able to see a laser etched crown near the 6-o-clock? I know it's a Polar and the white dial makes it tough. I tried several tips I found online, shining a flashlight from the 12 position parallel to the crystal, using a loupe etc, still haven't seen it. It's a D serial polar exp II, did they not have crowns etched back then? -Jason |
