Omega Jaeger LeCoultre Zenith Grand Seiko This is an achievable list for me across different milestones. I secretly admire ALS and AP, but can never get myself to pony up to buy these two. |

I buy a watch according to what I like, what fits my lifestyle, what is easy to wear, and what looks good on my wrist. Brands are not nearly as important.
That said, here are the brands of the watches I own and wear: Patek FP Journe Rolex Omega Heuer Oris Casio I continue to try to find a Lange that I absolutely love, but I’m not there yet. Same with AP and VC. Some are close, but would not replace the watches I have, and that is the requirement that I use now because I want to keep my collection manageable and only buy what I really want to wear, not just to collect and own like a museum. |

Omega AL&S JLC IWC This is a funny exercise, because I own a Panerai and left that brand out, but don’t own an AL&S or JLC. I hope to some day! |

Really surprised so few people included A. Lange & Söhne in their Top 5 and went for VC instead.

Not including the holy trinity or Rolex/Omega
Glashutte Original - Panomaticlunar IWC - Portugieser Chrono Zenith - El Primero 1969 Jeager LeCoultre - Small Seconds Reverso Grand Seiko - Snowflake That was tough, i'll probably change my mind by next week but I picked the brands on my current grail list. I MUST have them in my collection. Honorable mentions to ; Breitling - Navitimer & Cartier - Santos

This will probably change going forward, but for now I would say:
Rolex Omega JLC Panerai Timex (sentimental favorite from my grandfather) I only have 3 of the 5 currently. I have work to do!
