Thoughts on this insert?

Seller says this is an original Tudor insert, and would fit the following:
5512 5513 1680 1665 7021 94011 79090 7928

I'm looking to put it on my Snowflake. He has it listed at right around $1k.

So does it look original to you all, and will it fit a 9411/0?

if it'll fit those other models, it'll fit a 9411/0

I use a rolex authorized svc guy up in canada - he sourced a 79090 insert for my 9411/0 - as i didn't want to risk the faded insert wearing it. And the price of the 79090 insert was actually pretty reasonable, but it was new, not faded / ghosted

here's a shot

and in fact, the bezel is a 79090 bezel - the 9411/0 i bought had neither

i keep thinking about experimenting trying to fade a bezel under UV lights to see how much fading can be caused, but have never gotten around to it

I'm also looking for an insert for my snowflake. I remember seeing the one that OP posted. The spacing in the 40 seemed off. Also in my search I came across a more than I one insert where the printing had small parts that looked like they were smudged, which I also thought was odd.

I think this one looks odd with the lower placement and font. Maybe some sort of service part if original. Big question if..

Hard pass. First off it was never in a plexi Snowflake. It most likely a much later Tudor insert from a Sapphire 79190 OR worse, it is from a 36mm Tudor.

If you are looking to save a couple bucks and get the correct (but not perfect) MK3 Fat Font for your blue flake - send me a PM
