Yet Another UK Member
Hello everybody on the Rolex forum from sunny Staffordshire.
I have been passionate about Rolex watches since the late sixties, when my brother bought his Submariner. I was always envious of him, but it was'nt until the late 70's that I bought my first- a Sub date. After that I swapped the Sub for a Datejust; then later swapped that for another Sub-date, then sold that and bought a new Sea-Dweller in Oct 82. I got tired of the cyclops lens on the Sub-date, so went for the Sea Dweller.That's the trouble with Rolexes- to me anyway, I want them all! Anyway, I still have the SD, and still love it to bits. Mind you, I would'nt mind an early pre '89 Explorer 1, to keep it company. Regards John Williams |
