Somewhere Over The (Blue) Rainbow

I didn't even know about the first edition until about three weeks ago. As soon as I saw it, I fell in love with it but, obviously, they're not sitting around. They're on ebay and chrono for some ridiculous prices.

Then, today, I learned about the second edition and, on a lark, decided to call my local boutique. BINGO! They had one in stock, so I went and bought it.

I know it's not everybody's cup of tea and, I don't usually buy watches without a date, but, damn I think this dial is beautiful! I love the way it looks in the light - looks very different in different lighting.

So glad I was able to find one!

Was just looking at this yesterday. Awesome pick up. The market for the first edition is crazy. Good find.
