Speedy Pro white dial availability in Italy?

I’ve not had much luck finding Rolex’s in Italy over the past few years, but I’ve never shopped for an Omega. Does anyone know if a white dial Speedy Pro is as difficult to find in Europe as it is in the states? I’m going to be in Florence and Milan for a few weeks and thought it might be worth checking.

Florence and Milan
I would expect it to be a challenge, but it would be interesting to try and see how it goes.
The watch is lovely and they like that, not to mention the fact that there are tons of tourists continually filing through.
