Tudor Crown Problem?

Hi all,

So I just picked up a new black bay heritage Tudor in house. I noticed that when I unscrew the crown, it doesn’t automatically pop out to the winding position. I have to slightly screw it clockwise, and right when I do that it pops out to the winding position.

I read online that this happens with some tudors and rolexes, but some seem to think this is an issue. Is this normal? Thanks!
