This isn’t me or my watch or image. It’s another member which was posted in another thread and I was so impressed with the pic I saved it!
Unfortunately, I didn’t save his name to give him credit, but perhaps he will post here. This photo is like a Rolex advertisement, and the Submariner goes perfectly with him and his suit!!! Michael |

I wear my SUb and GMT with a suit. Others I wear with my suit is the Omega Seamaster Deville. The PP Calatrava is a very subtle and nice watch too. IWC Portofino is another.

I like to wear my Seamaster Aquaterra Rose gold with suits since the Sub makes it harder to put on my jacket.

I think the best watch for a suit should have a leather strap, I personally dont like bracelets with a suit.

I think any Rolex is perfectly acceptable, not on a Nato though. Datejust and Daydate are the most ideal. Of course there is nothing wrong with a Lange or PP Calatrava, these are even better.

give Orient Star a look as long as you don't require "Swiss Made" on yours. These are a japanese automatic movement. Amazing watches for the money. I just bought one for sub $500 and it feels and looks way more expensive. I sold my JLC to fund other hobbies in life, and this Orient star fits the bill nicely. Even picked up a few regular orients for a $100.
Was wearing an Orient Bambino at work one day. One of my buddys who knows I'm into watches commented, "Jesus, how much did you spend for that one? Another $10K?" He was shocked when I told him $120 from amazon. |
