I’m not really into the Daytona’s, but this reference is absolutely stunning. I tried one on in Cabo San Lucas back in May, but I ended up with the RG GMT. It was an extremely tough decision. I could have gotten 15% discount on the Daytona. 0% discount on the GMT since it was a new Basel release. Enjoy that beauty

Much better than some of the other dial offerings, IMHO.

I’ve tried it in several times. It’s been an exercise in controlling my impulse. Very dangerous.

OP: I'm curious as to how the watch is looking after over a year of ownership. Particularly, any scratches on the bezel?

I would like to know this too. I'm very careful with my YG Daytona but it still shows little swirl marks in spite of the care I've given it...

How does this blue compare to the blue on the DJ 41 or blue skydweller? Is it the same? Thanks!

I really love that watch.

I have both 116520’s in black and white and feel like the blue 116509 would make a great white/black/blue trio

This is absolute torture...

I got the black dial with diamonds getting changed out for the blue dial right now...
Here in Japan at least they’ll give me back the dial I change out, but I have to wait 2 months for a simple dial change!

Something about having to ship a blue dial in from Switzerland since there are none here in Japan...
