Nice watch OP, I am hoping to get my wife the same watch too, DD36 everose, diamond bezel with rainbow sapphire pave dial on the standard president bracelet.

I have contacted mutiple ADs in Australia / New Zealand and have been told like professional models this is an allocated piece and cannot be ordered.

Just wondering if you had to do anything different to place an order for yours?

It is a little much for my taste, but I wear guys’ watches... I would prefer a white gold version with just regular diamond hour markers. Day Date is a great choice for a lady, though.

It absolutely beautiful. Do it if you can find one and I hope you can. I’m quite sure she will love it. Try and convince her to wear it often and not save it for special occasions. It would be a real shame to let a watch like that sit in a safe out of sight. In my humble opinion, watches should be worn, and if something happens, you can always have it repaired. My mom used to say, “material things can be replaced”, she was right. I’m not saying it wouldn’t hurt but it’s a watch. Congratulations on your anniversary.

Wow.
That's rather magnificent, especially for a woman.
Availability won't be easy but you will have to ask your local AD or Boutique.

No she has zero interest in getting a new car. She has one and is happy with it.

She will definitely use it and it wont be a safe queen. My wife uses her watches regularly.

If your wife is flashy, sure.

My wife would hate that and say it looks gaudy. Just make sure it’s your wife’s style before dropping that kind of change!

These references have to be seen in the metal ,you cannot judge them on photos .

Saw a YM paved diamond dial ,couloured stone bezel on OF at an AD.Just unbelievable !

My wife has a DJ36 blue diamond dial ,diamond bezel ,super jubilee .
TT DJ36 diamond bezel ,MOP diamond dial ,super jubilee
DD36 YG ,green diamond dial.

Those three is such an complete collection that she doesnt need anything else .

There is no better jewellery for a lady than a Rolex .

This is a stunning watch. I don't know how much it'll cost but I'm sure I can't afford it.

So my AD got the watch in. Went to take a look at it. Pics below. It is more bling in real life.

I was in Glasgow a couple of weeks ago and they had two in the boutique. Mappin and Webb, I believe.

I think no Rolex crown on the dial would bug me. Interesting piece, for sure.

Just to conclude this thread, we decided against buying it in the end. Lovely watch but my wife thought it was a little too much. I decided to show it to her as its an acquired taste and am glad I did. She actually said no coz of the rainbow hour markers which on top of the ice was OTT in her opinion....
