Hello All,

Can anyone recommend a good place to get a 1961 GMT serviced and repaired in the UK, preferably around the Oxford area if poss. I want to find someone who will do their best to keep the watch as original as possible and no polishing etc.

I use Sean Yates at about time repair in middlewich. Not sure how far that is from you, but he’s a great watchmaker specializing in Rolex and omega. I’ve had 2 watches serviced by him and was very pleased. He constantly updates you and sends pics of the whole process. His pricing is excellent as well. Here’s his site. https://watchrepair.expert
