I’ve never bought a watch from them. I have bought some MontBlanc pens and have never had an issue. I believe all of their stuff is new but typically will not come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Basically they are a grey dealer. So not sure how their factory warranty would work, but they usually guarantee all of their merchandise for 1 year.

I bought one watch from them, my Tudor Pelagos. Took a flier on it sight unseen and it worked out beautifully. I got a deal at the time and the watch is fantastic.
I figured worst case scenario, I would have sent it in for Tudor service and eaten that cost, and been no worse off than had I paid retail. Wasn’t necessary. All good. |

I have bought several lower end watches from them, all were good to go.
