Thoughts on this 5513 Matte Dial

I got asked about this watch and after looking at the dial and comparing it to the ones on 5513mattedial as well as HQ and a few other places, I can't find anything with fonts just like it - notably the E in rolEx and the A in submAriner, as well as the small Swiss font at the bottom. It's from a 3.22m serial so should be a serif dial (less likely a non serif), which it is obviously not. If anyone knows what this is, I'm curious - from first glance the fonts seem very well done so could be be a high quality redial but I wasn't sure. Thanks.
