Other bikes I've owned and sold in the last few years:

H-D Sportster 883

Triumph Legend 900

H-D V-Rod

Honda Rebel 250

Another shot of the V-Rod and Sportster. The V-Rod engine (made by Porsche) was incredible, but the bike was not comfortable for anything over an hour or two.

My Burgman 650 Executive in all its nerdy goodness. I love riding this thing. Commuted to work on it today, under the seat is my gym bag, a spare set of shoes and a bunch of other stuff.

Always wear a full face helmet and full safety gear, riding jacket, pants, sturdy boots.

My '00 Wide Glide

Might sell this one next spring and buy a new Road King or Street Glide. If I decide to keep it...I'm buying a Honda S2000. Figured maybe I could have my cake and eat it too

I ride a 2000 Ducati 996. I used to ride on the street until I got spooked after witnessing a mishap involving a friend...bike and rider landed in the woods after hitting an oncoming car. He's lucky to still be with us. Street riding got to be a little crazy so I converted my bike to track use only. See my avatar. It's turn 6 ("the bowl") at New Hampshire Motor Speedway from a few years ago. I'm still slow, but at least I can now get my knee down consistently. Although I get style points, the stop watch doesn't lie.

Before the big fire. Photo dates to 1974. Bike is an early 1975 Gold Wing.

My wife got her own bike soon thereafter, a Yamaha RD400. 1976 I think.

I loved those RD's... my little 350 was a wheelie monster....plus I loved the smell of the 2 stoke exhaust with that wonderful leaded 97 octane gas and oil

I sold my cruiser last year and have been riding these. I think its time to sell these as my body is too banged up at 45. It's time for a race car I think... :-)

I've been riding for about 25-years now, and don't foresee that changing any time soon. I've gone through a slew of machines, but some of my favourites are the 1991 Suzuki GSX 1100G, the 1987 Kawasaki Eliminator 600, and the current machine, a 2004 Honda ST1300.

Let's be safe out there Friends .....

Thanks. Now I just hope I don't have to sell any watches to fund it.
